Our commitment to privacy is absolute. This policy outlines our data practices in compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023.

  • Data Collection & Purpose: We collect only the personal data that is strictly necessary for booking and communication. This includes:
  • Name & Contact Information (Phone Number/Email): For managing your booking and direct communication.
  • Government ID: For identity verification as required by Indian law for hospitality services. This data is reviewed and immediately deleted post-verification. It is never stored.
  • Payment Information: We do not see or store your credit card or bank details. All payments are processed by a third-party, PCI-compliant payment gateway.
  1. Data Minimization & Deletion: We do not maintain a permanent client database. Your personal data, aside from anonymized booking records required for financial accounting, is permanently deleted from our systems within 72 hours of your checkout.
  2. Zero Third-Party Sharing: We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third-party marketing or data-brokering firms. The only exception is if required by a direct and lawful order from an Indian court of law.
  3. No Digital Surveillance: Our properties have no CCTV cameras or any form of audio/video recording devices in private areas. Your privacy within the sanctuary is total.

Bank-Grade Encryption: All data transmitted to and from our website uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. Our internal systems are protected with bank-grade security protocols to prevent unauthorized access.

Indian Data Hosting: In compliance with Indian law and to ensure the highest level of data sovereignty, all our digital infrastructure and data are hosted exclusively on servers located within the Republic of India.
