Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Our booking policy is strict, final, and designed to protect the integrity of our schedule and the privacy of our incoming guests.

• No Refunds: All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is made, you have secured a private booking for that specific time slot. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures for any reason.
• No Rescheduling: We do not offer rescheduling of bookings. A cancelled booking is a forfeited booking.
• Acknowledgement: By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund or chargeback, understanding that this policy is in place to allow us to operate a private, high-demand, single-unit service.
